I am a wellness creator, former beauty professional and modern day mindset coach in Dallas, TX. After 15 years in the beauty industry, a personal breakthrough after a major shift in my life is why I decided to pursue a bold new calling to help others. My goal is to nurture a community of people walking through trauma, burnout, and quiet battles beyond polished lives.
